Hinkle Park. The park currently exists as a heavily-treed floodplain property and the conditions of the park property prevent further development of the space.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shield prepared flood studies and evaluated detention requirements to reclaim a portion of the property from the existing drainage way with the goal of creating usable space for the park patrons and allow the development of the park.
